The Love Jar

This jar is for love to come towards you. It could be new love or the one you've already got, just warmed back up.

This is a corked glass jar I make by hand in small batches. It has a salt base, rose, jasmine, and Red Jasper. I charge it before shipping it to you and it arrives with a petition slip, a 4" chime candle, and matches. All that's missing is your magic.

How you use it

1. Write what you want on the petition slip. It doesn't have to be fancy, one simple sentence is plenty. Not "someone nice" but what you would feel with them in the room.
2. Fold it toward you and drop it in the jar.
3. Light the candle and let the wax seal the cork.
4. Keep it in the bedroom or wherever you sit at the end of the day. Then live your life.

Questions you may be asking

Do I have to be a witch to use this? Nope! You have to be able to write a sentence and light a candle safely. The jar doesn't check if you belong to a Coven. Plenty of people who'd never call themselves a witch keep one on the windowsill and would throw hands before giving it up.

Can I have more than one jar at a time, or do they cancel each other out? They don't cancel each other out. A love jar and a money jar on the same shelf are two different conversations. Give each one its own spot and let them do their thing.

Can I open it after I've sealed it? No, you can't. Opening a spell jar scatters the energy and the magic. Once it's done you can bury it on your land or in a potted plant.

Can I buy one for someone else? Yes! It arrives ready to go with everything they need, and the activation card walks them through it so you don't have to explain anything. Don't write their petition for them, that part has to be theirs.

What if nothing happens? Love jars are slow and sneaky. What usually moves first is you. You stop texting the person who leaves you on read. You say yes to the thing you would've skipped before. Then the room changes. Give it a season before you decide if it worked or not.
