Shipping policy

Everything is made by hand and shipped from Virginia. Shipping is free within the United States.

When your order ships. Each jar is charged by me before shipping, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for me to put yours together before it goes out. You will get a tracking number once it ships.

Jars with matches. Jars include safety matches. Matches are classified as hazardous for mailing, so orders travel by ground and cannot go by air. Therefore, they take longer to arrive, and I appreciate your patience with that.

If something goes wrong. Broken, wrong, missing, or lost orders are covered under my Returns and Refunds policy. Email me at melanie@melanieraphael.com with your order number.

Outside the United States. International shipping is not available.
