Refund policy

Every jar is made by hand and charged before it ships. Each one is put together and charged for a specific purpose, so all sales are final. I still want your jar to reach you in good shape, so here is how I handle problems.

Damaged in the mail. If your order arrives broken or leaking, send me a photo within 5 days of delivery and I will replace it or refund it. Hold onto the packaging until we have sorted it out.

Wrong or missing item. If you get the wrong jar, or something is missing from your order, email me within 5 days and I will fix it.

Lost in transit. If tracking shows delivered and it is not there, or the package stalls, reach out and we will work with the carrier together.

Personalized jars. The Whisper Jar is made from the words you send me, so it cannot be returned or resold. Damage and shipping problems are still covered above.

About the work itself. These are handmade spiritual objects, made with real care. I cannot promise a specific outcome in your life. A refund is for a damaged or incorrect product. It does not cover how the work unfolds after it reaches you.
